The SKENAR - high tech therapy from the stars

The SKENAR (Self-Controlled Energo-Neuro- Adaptive Regulator), is a small, hand-held, battery powered device that looks remarkably like a TV remote control unit, and despite this somewhat unlikely appearance, provides what in all probability is the best pain relief treatment in the world.
